The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in executing daily marketing activities, helping manage our CRM, assist in creating engaging content, and maintaining our brand presence across various platforms. This role requires a mix of creative and administrative skills, with a focus on assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and digital reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation, execution, and reporting of go-to market campaigns
- Manage and maintain portions of our Hubspot CRM & customer workflows.
- Generate and monitor UTM links for campaign tracking and analysis.
- Support the Sr. Marketing Manager in executing promotional pushes.
- Help with scheduling and monitoring seasonal marketing campaigns and keep our marketing calendar up to date.
- Support in crafting customer communications and collaborating with Sales, Support and Marketing to send customer emails when needed.
- Partner with Sales on building out sequences, deals workflows and reporting to help support new business growth through Hubspot.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in all marketing efforts.
- Assist in organizing and executing marketing events and promotions.
- Maintain and organize marketing assets and materials.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing team.
Qualifications:
- 2+ Years of Hubspot sequencing, workflows and customer data management is an absolute must.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role is a plus, but not required.
This is an L2 role. Compensation is between $60,000 - $70,000
