Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager with expertise in digital marketing, social media management, website content development, and marketing material creation. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. Prior healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Social Media Marketing

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, paid ads, SEO/SEM).
  2. Manage and grow the company's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  3. Create compelling and relevant content for digital platforms, including blog posts, newsletters, and email marketing.
  4. Monitor social media trends, engagement, and analytics to optimize performance.

Website & Content Management

  1. Oversee and update website content to ensure accuracy, SEO optimization, and user engagement.
  2. Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance website functionality and brand consistency.
  3. Track website analytics and implement strategies to improve traffic and conversions.

Marketing Materials & Brand Development

  1. Design and create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, flyers, and digital assets.
  2. Ensure all marketing materials align with brand identity and messaging.
  3. Develop case studies, testimonials, and success stories to showcase company achievements.
  4. Coordinate with vendors, designers, and printers for production needs.
  5. Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support business growth.
  6. Work closely with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and track ROI.
  7. Research industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to refine marketing approaches.
  8. Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or home health industry.
  3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, email marketing platforms).
  4. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace).
  5. Graphic design experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  6. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing data to drive decision-making.
