We are looking for an PR & Celebrity Account Executive to join our growing team!


JOB DESCRIPTION: 


Media Relations

·       Conduct outreach to key media outlets and secure coverage for clients across various sectors

·       Build and maintain strong media relationships

·       Keep a pulse on industry news and trends and report both internal and external teams

·       Draft key messages, pitches, and press releases

·       Develop and manage client pitch calendars


Celebrity & Influencer Programming

·       Assist in shaping celebrity & influencer programs through recommendations on what content should look like and types of verticals to pursue

·       Build out lists that are appropriate for each client program/events

·       Draft influencer briefs and lead briefing calls

·       Manage influencer partnerships, negotiations and contracts with oversight from account lead

·       Manage influencer trackers and budget

·       Lead content review process


Project Management

·       Oversee and manage all elements of small activations such as media mailers, from OOP tracking to vendor management

·       Lead and own components of large activations such as events and partnerships

·       Help oversee and manage internal invoicing process, such as compiling receipts for billing


Client Management

·       Work in tandem with Account leads to run client communications

·       Draft and send client emails

·       Own key topics during ongoing client calls

·       Oversee budget trackers that are sent to clients as needed

·       Begin to anticipate client needs, providing relevant info/updates/needs above and beyond what is being requested


Agency Service

·       Manage an Account Coordinator and assist in building the Internship program

·       Create compelling visual decks. This includes proposals, client reports, case studies, etc. 

·       Oversee management of complex calendars, budgets and expense reports for the team 

·       Assist in keeping company social media pages current with client work and interesting content 

·       Ability and flexibility to work/travel nights, weekends and holidays for client events


YOUR TALENT:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, PR, Communications and 3 years+ of relevant entertainment experience at a brand or agency

• Understanding of the integrated marketing world- PR, celebrity, influencer, events, social amplification, etc.

• Ability to create presentations (pitch decks, in-process program decks, recaps, etc.)

• Strong writing skills and creative thinking 

• You are upbeat, fun & positive, with an ear to the floor about what is current in all forms of entertainment and pop culture 

• Team player! Work well and communicate with your peers and leadership. 

• Entrepreneurial by nature. With the ability to forecast problems, and provide outside-the-box thinking

• Detailed and goal-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills

• Must be flexible in evenings and weekends for travel and events 

• Proven ability to work independently and confidently 

• Understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)

• Vast knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Adobe InDesign & Photoshop a plus 

• Domestic and International travel may be required

• Flexibility to work some nights/weekends for high-profile client events
