What You'll Do
- Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods to introduce Instant Chimney's services.
- Educate homeowners on chimney safety, maintenance, and why they should schedule a free inspection.
- Set high-quality appointments for the sales team and collect accurate homeowner details.
- Follow a proven script and use effective objection-handling techniques.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.
- Report daily activity and performance metrics to the team lead.
What You Bring to the Table
- Strong people skills - You enjoy talking to people and can turn a 'no' into a conversation.
- Self-motivated and competitive - You love working toward a goal and seeing results.
- Comfortable with outdoor work - You're okay walking, talking, and being active in different weather conditions.
- Positive attitude - You know rejection is part of the job and don't let it slow you down.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required-we'll train you.
