Senior Sprinkler Designer
to join their growing team. If you have
6 years of fire protection design experience
and a strong understanding of
NFPA standards, AutoCAD, and HydraCAD , this is a great opportunity to advance your career. Responsibilities: ✔️ Design and layout
sprinkler systems
using specialized CAD software ✔️ Perform
hydraulic calculations
and interpret construction documents ✔️ Ensure designs comply with
NFPA, IFC, IBC, and NEC
codes ✔️ Coordinate with
AHJs, contractors, and other trades
to meet project deadlines ✔️ Work closely with
Estimators, Design Managers, and Operations Managers ✔️ Assist with permitting, inspections, and material listings ✔️ Participate in predesign and review meetings ✔️ Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure high-quality designs ✔️ Adhere to safety policies and provide
outstanding customer service Requirements: ✔️
6 years
of fire protection design experience OR a
Fire Sprinkler Design Degree ✔️ Proficiency in
AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
(HydraCAD preferred) ✔️ Strong understanding of
NFPA, IFC, IBC, and NEC codes ✔️
NICET Level I-IV certification preferred ✔️ Experience with various
sprinkler system types and manufacturers ✔️ Ability to read
architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings ✔️ Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills ✔️ Ability to travel as needed This role offers
