About the Role

Director/Sr. Product Marketing Manager - Business Networking / Physical Security products. This role is full-time in office in Orange County, CA. No remote or hybrid options.

Responsibilities

  • Direct comprehensive market research initiatives, conduct competitive analysis, and lead sophisticated customer segmentation efforts to inform product positioning, refine go-to-market strategies, and maximize brand relevance across key target audiences.
  • Execute the Go-To-Market launches for new solutions, products, and feature releases.
  • Act as a product marketing advisor in internal and external product communications including training, sales pitches, industry shows, media conferences, and influencer collaborations.
  • Lead initiatives to incorporate cutting-edge strategies and best practices into marketing operations to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, network engineering, or a related field required; MBA or other advanced degrees preferred, particularly with a focus on marketing strategy or product management.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, growth marketing, with a proven track record in the business networking or related industry.
  • Extensive experience and understanding of the business networking hardware industry and/or physical security.
  • Experience in wireless Wi-Fi, video/keyless access, VOIP, and IT-related industries for unified communications.
  • Must have experience with vertical markets B2B SMB, hospitality, education, multi-dwelling units, Internet Service Providers, and enterprise-level clients.
  • Strong technical understanding of the product and solutions and effectively translate technology features into partner and business benefits.

Required Skills

Product marketing experience in networking hardware infrastructure and/or physical security products.

Preferred Skills

Marketing to B2B and channel partners, VAR, MSP.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Salary range: $130,000 - $210,000 + Bonus + Excellent Paid Benefits.
