Summary: We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Vice President of Marketing who will spearhead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of market dynamics, applications, and system architectures. With a proven history of successfully steering marketing teams in areas such as product definition, strategic marketing, new product launches, and ecosystem development, this leader will be pivotal in driving profitable growth and increasing market share. Job Scope: Direct Segment, Product Marketing, and Strategic Marketing efforts. Drive business growth associated with key customers. Oversee SoC / MCU reference design initiatives for various accounts. Provide regular updates on market, product, and business performance. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement:

Cultivate strong relationships with major OEMs, ODMs, CMs, and ecosystem partners. Actively track and follow up on opportunities to exceed sales forecasts. Revenue Growth:

Design and implement innovative marketing strategies aimed at revenue enhancement, including demand generation and customer-focused initiatives. Market Analysis:

Perform comprehensive market research to unearth trends, opportunities, and competitive insights, using this data to shape marketing strategies and product positioning. Product Definition and Justification:

Conduct research on customer needs and industry trends while collaborating with cross-functional teams to articulate differentiated product requirements. New Product Introduction:

Lead the strategy for launching new products, ensuring alignment with business goals and market coverage. Segment Analysis:

Identify target audiences within market segments and craft tailored promotional campaigns to engage them effectively. Chipset Reference Design:

Proactively facilitate communications regarding chipset reference design-ins/wins while addressing future generation needs. Team Leadership:

Inspire and mentor the marketing team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment with clear objectives and feedback. Collaboration:

Partner with sales and product development teams to ensure cohesive implementation of marketing strategies. Budget Management:

Oversee the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximize investment returns. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science; MBA preferred. Extensive experience in the SoC/MCU or Embedded Systems industries. At least 20 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 7 years in a senior leadership capacity. Demonstrated ability to lead marketing teams and achieve revenue growth. In-depth knowledge of market trends and application designs. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficient with Office productivity tools. Experience engaging with sales networks (reps, distribution, FAEs).
