Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative and fast-paced Premium Marketing team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a robust portfolio showcasing diverse design expertise across multiple mediums, including illustrations, motion graphics, and video editing.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite, experience with Premiere Pro, and a strong background in crafting premium-quality designs. Having worked with established name brands and/or experience in the music industry is a plus, but not a requirement.

This role pays an annual salary of $80,000 to $85,000 and is bonus eligible.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and execute high-quality designs for various mediums, including digital, print, motion graphics, and video.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative assets that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Create visually compelling illustrations, layouts, and animations for marketing campaigns, product launches, sales decks, brand development and other marketing initiatives.

Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) to deliver polished and professional designs.

Develop motion graphics and video content to enhance brand storytelling and engagement.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Will report to Premium Marketing Manager and is key contributor to the overall success of the Global Premium Marketing & Sales team.

Qualifications

Professional Experience:

Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional work.

Portfolio:

Must have a comprehensive portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including designs, illustrations, motion graphics, video editing etc.

Technical Expertise:

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Experience with other design tools is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work across various mediums, including digital, print; video and motion graphics, a plus

Industry Knowledge:

Experience in the music industry or creating premium-quality designs is highly desirable but not required.

Creative Vision:

Strong, unique conceptual and visual storytelling skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.

Project Management:

Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple teams, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Collaboration:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting; always a team player and carries a positive and professional attitude.
