Schedule Monday-Friday 8-5 (40 hours) Hybrid 5 days/month in-office What You'll Do Summary/Objective: This role is responsible for enhancing user experience and creating consistent, efficient workflows within our Pegasystems environment. This role merges business analysis (BA) with user experience (UX) design to develop workflows that are both intuitive and aligned with our credit union's objectives. The position will be pivotal in understanding user needs and translating them into user-centered, visually cohesive Pega workflows. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * User-Centric Workflow Design: Create and optimize workflows in Pega that prioritize user needs, ease of use, and consistent experience across systems. * User Research and Empathy Mapping: Conduct user research (e.g., empathy mapping, persona development, journey mapping) to understand user pain points, motivations, and needs, applying these insights to Pega workflows. * Prototyping and Testing: Develop storyboards, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for new workflows. Perform user testing and gather feedback to refine workflow designs iteratively. * Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with business analysts, product owners, and end-users to translate business requirements into effective workflows that enhance user satisfaction. * UI/UX Design within Pega: Collaborate with UI/UX teams to create visually consistent and intuitive workflow elements using Pega's design system, ensuring an optimized user journey. * Documentation and Training: Develop clear documentation for workflows and conduct training sessions for users to ensure smooth adoption and transition. * Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Manager(s). What You'll Need Education and Experience Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). * 3+ years of experience in user experience design, workflow design, or business analysis, with a strong focus on user-centric practices. * Proven experience in PegaSystems, including UI/UX tools within Pega, case management, and workflow optimization. * Demonstrated capability in translating user research into actionable, intuitive designs within a business context. * Experience with Pega UX/UI tools or Pega's design system, particularly around prototyping and case management.
