Job Summary:
As a Digital Content Coordinator in Seabrook, you will be an essential part of our real estate marketing team, driving engagement and storytelling through content. Your primary responsibility will be writing compelling, SEO-optimized content for the website and digital platforms including real estate offerings, blogs, homeowner testimonials, and event pages. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure the content aligns with Seabrook’s brand and attracts potential homeowners. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, creative writer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and has a passion for real estate and showcasing the coastal lifestyle.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Write, optimize, and post SEO-friendly content for Seabrook’s website, real estate listing descriptions for new construction and resales, blog, lookbooks, ad copy, event descriptions, homeowner testimonials, and forms.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team to ensure content supports overall marketing objectives and enhances brand presence.
- Proofread and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Research relevant real estate trends, local events, and community topics to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging.
- Assist readying real estate listings for publication, ensuring descriptions are optimized for search engines and appealing to potential buyers.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of written content on the website using analytics tools, making adjustments to improve SEO rankings and engagement.
- Continuously optimize website content to ensure it aligns with best practices for SEO, user experience, and performance.
- Stay current on industry trends, SEO best practices, and content writing techniques to maintain high-quality content production.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure content meets business objectives and enhances Seabrook’s reputation.
- Assist with graphic design needs related to written content, such as creating image captions, blog post graphics, and infographics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive content that aligns with SEO best practices and company branding guidelines.
- Proficient in using CMS and SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and trends is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Graphic design skills are a plus, particularly in creating visual content to complement written materials.
Qualifications:
- A strong writing portfolio showcasing previous content writing, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Previous work experience in content writing, preferably in real estate, is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with SEO and SEM principles and practices, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization.
- Experience with CMS platforms and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
- All candidates must pass a background check prior to employment.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Employment Status: Part-Time
Hourly Wage: $23-$26
