Rose International Shift: Hybrid, 3 days in the office (Tue, Wed, Thu) and remote on Mon and Fri) Employment Type: Temporary Min Hourly Rate ($): 30.Max Hourly Rate ($): 31.Must Have Skills/Attributes: AutoCAD, Design, MS Excel, MS Office Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience AutoCAD design software experience. • 3+ years’ experience with MS Office software (e.g., Excel and Word) required. 1+ years of experience AutoCAD design software experience required. • 1+ years of experience with MS Office software (e.g., Excel and Word) required. • Ability to analyze and interpret various sources of data. • Ability to communicate clearly written and orally with in-house personnel, field management and various outside vendor representatives. • The Retail Pharmacy Layout and Design role is responsible for the management of all pharmacy layout design metrics under the supervision of the Manager of Retail Pharmacy Layout. • The person in this role will be responsible for validating existing layout metrics across our fleet of 9K+ retail pharmacies. • Validations will include accessing and analyzing CAD drawings and reviewing in-store cameras to ensure all metrics are correct and updated as necessary.
