Our client, a major entertainment company, is actively looking for an International Brand Marketing Manager to join their team in NYC! This is a hybrid position, candidate must be local to NYC and able to go onsite as needed. *** This begins as a 6 month contract with an opportunity to extend, covering a maternity leave *** Manage innovative brand and content campaigns that can be optimized and adapted across all international territories including current and new launch markets • Support with all aspects of marketing strategy development, building the plan, campaign briefing, execution, post-launch analysis • Coordinate & consolidate efforts across cross-functional international marketing teams to ensure 360-approach to campaigns in support of customer acquisition, engagement and retention efforts • Work alongside central Creative Team and agencies on development of all campaign assets and support key stakeholders • Drive cohesion and alignment of content and brand initiatives across all international territories and among cross-functional teams via local, international and global agenda-driven marketing meetings • Use data and insights to inform brand strategies and campaigns while delivering measurable brand and performance metrics • Implement, and enforce brand identity, positioning and usage guidelines to ensure consistency across all territories through marketing communications (brand and verbal identity) • Manage brand marketing budgets for international Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • Background and experience in the Media / Tech industry or Streaming and Digital environments • 4+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer marketing with a proven track record of managing and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns • Experience working in brand and content in a high-volume, fast-paced environment collaborating with cross-functional teams as well as internal and external partners • Experience working at an international level (across multiple geographic markets) in a matrixed consumer or content-based business is a plus • Experience in cross-platform marketing, performance media and/or overall marketing & distribution partnership • Excellent data analysis and data-based decision-making skills • Experience in handling marketing budgets in co-operation with external agencies • Creative problem-solving ability
