Paid Media Specialist (Contract)
Location: Onsite (4 days in office, 1 day remote)
Duration: Minimum 6 weeks with the possibility of extending
Hours: 25-30 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM)
Compensation: $40/hr
About the Role
Our client is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to oversee and manage paid digital media initiatives, ensuring strategic execution and optimization of campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in traffic management, budget oversight, media planning, and digital media execution across multiple channels, including paid social, paid search, out-of-home, and print.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage paid and digital media campaigns, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and execute media planning strategies within budget constraints.
- Manage digital billboards weekly , ensuring proper content placement and scheduling.
- Collaborate with agencies and partners , providing input on recommendations and campaign execution.
- Conduct creative evaluations to ensure alignment with brand and campaign goals.
- Analyze campaign results, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights and suggestions for improvement.
Initial Project:
- Lead paid media strategy to drive sales for the various event tours .
- Manage media mix , including paid social, paid search, out-of-home, and print placements.
- Work closely with agencies, ensuring rational decision-making and adherence to marketing checklists .
- Contribute to creative strategy and evaluation , ensuring impactful messaging.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations .
Qualifications
- Proven experience in paid media, digital advertising, and media planning .
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Familiarity with paid social platforms, Google Ads, out-of-home advertising, and print media .
- Ability to collaborate with agencies, stakeholders, and external partners .
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing media spend for maximum ROI.
