Wildfleur is an exciting new skincare brand that launched in early 2025, with a presence in bothdirect-to-consumer and in Ulta Beauty. As a startup within a startup, Wildfleur has already gained significant traction, securing coveted shelf space even before our official launch. This is a rare opportunity to lead marketing efforts for a brand with huge growth potential starting at launch.

About the Role:

Were looking for a smart, creative, and driven Social Media Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our social media initiatives across all platforms. In this key role, you will report directly to the Director of Marketing and collaborate closely with the founder of Wildfleur to build and execute innovative social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing Director and Founder on all marketing efforts as it relates to social media.
  • Expand the brands social footprint on Instagram and TikTok through strategic content ideation, influencer partnerships, and community engagement.
  • Manage the social media content calendar, ensure consistent posting while keeping attuned to emerging trends and cultural moments for potential brand integration.
  • Write attention-grabbing captions incorporating brand messaging/storytelling for both organic posts and paid ads that are optimized for engagement.
  • Oversee creator content review & timelines and work closely with the founder to ensure final content is delivered on time and on-brand.
  • Assist in sourcing creators that feels authentic to the brand for both reposting and paid initiatives and track sendouts & outreach process with our agency.
  • Assist in developing briefs for content creators/influencers outlining the expectations, campaign goals, key messaging, and unique hooks that feel authentic to the creator.


Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media management or influencer marketing, with at least 1 in the beauty or skincare industry.
  • Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices, algorithms, and trends.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, provide proactive updates, and deliver vital information in a timely manner.


Job Details:

  • Annual compensation between $60k - $80k (DOE)
  • Full Medical, Dental, Vision coverage
  • Mostly Remote (but able to meet in our NYC office as needed)
