Sasaki is seeking an architect / designer to join our Architecture & Interiors group in Denver. A successful candidate will contribute design excellence, attention to detail, organization and time management skills, and potential to grow into leadership roles over time. Not every designer needs to deliver on all of these attributes at once, but this is the mix of talent we seek. If you think you can add something special to our team and our practice we would love to hear from you.
Sasaki is an integrated design practice that includes architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, civil engineering, planning, and urban design. We intentionally take on challenging work that we see as opportunities to evolve and stretch. Our ethos of curiosity and growth extends to our teammates. Curiosity, critical thinking skills, and a collaborative spirit are important to the success of our ambitious design practice. We value our small-firm feel, focusing less on hierarchy than on working together. Both our body of work and our workforce are diverse; every project team is different.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about great design and believe that collaboration with clients and colleagues is the best way to achieve it. At Sasaki you will be encouraged to have a point of view, to share your thinking often, to push design further, and to develop a comfortable rapport with clients. We prefer to develop our leaders from within and we are looking for project architects who can grow into leadership positions over time.
