We're hiring for multiple positions for Architects / Project Managers who thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy driving projects from concept to construction.

What You’ll Do

Design & Documentation

– Develop architectural concepts, technical drawings, and construction documents while ensuring compliance with codes and regulations.

Project Management

– Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring smooth coordination from design through construction.

Collaboration

– Work closely with engineers, project managers, and builders to create seamless, constructible designs. You’ll also manage client communications and contribute to project visioning.

Project Involvement

– Conduct site visits, provide construction support, and help drive projects forward with innovative problem-solving.

Design-Build Integration

– Be part of a team that doesn’t just design plans—we build them, too. This unique approach means your designs will have a direct and lasting impact on the built environment.

What You Bring

Mid to senior level experience in architectural design, detailing, and project management.

BA or BS degree in Architecture.

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (4+ years preferred).

Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and construction processes.

Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills.

A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

Sitting (or driving) in a normal seated position for extended periods of time.

Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs. occasionally.

Reaching by extending hand(s) or arm(s) in any direction.

Finger dexterity required to manipulate objects with fingers rather than with whole hand(s) or arm(s), i.e.: using a keyboard.

Ability to see within normal parameters.

Ability to hear within a normal range.

Ability to effectively communicate verbally in person, email and via phone.
