Landscape Designer-Job Description

Role:

Landscape Designer

Responsibilities:

Maintain excellent client relationships

Landscape Lead/Client communication

Scheduling and maintaining client appointments

Designing, bidding, and assisting with project management for the Landscape Division

Ensures projects are completed to the Aspen Ridge standard

Obtaining customer payments for services provided

Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

Follows directions from Division Manager

Aware of goals and timelines for project progress and completion

Timely completion of required paperwork and forms

Completed project handoff report completed to Maintenance Division

Roles

Establish positive relationship with clients/leads

Work with clients to design creative outdoor living spaces

Working with clients to transition through design, sale, and install

Maintain open communication with landscape production crew during installation process

Ensures projects are completed to the Aspen Ridge standard.

High attention to detail

Holds self and team to maintaining high standards for job completion

Follows directions from Divisional Manager.

Open to feedback from division manager and teammates

Uses feedback for continued professional growth and development

Meets with the divisional manager regularly to discuss tasks and project timelines

Aware of goals and timelines of the project.

Completes projects/goals in a timely and efficient manner.

Completes projects in accordance with project calendar.

Completes required paperwork and forms.

Jobs Skills & Qualifications

Required:

Degree in Landscape Design or Landscape Architecture

Proficient in Dynascape/Autocadd

3 years landscape industry experience

Customer service skills

Excellent communication skills

Detail orientated & team orientated

Valid driver’s license

Preferred:

3-5 years Landscape Design experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Commission based on Gross Sales
