LPA is seeking a passionate

Entry-Level Architectural Designer

to join our integrated team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects and master planners. Our Dallas studio is continuing to grow, and you’ll have the opportunity to be a central part of our expansion. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with team members across studios on projects that are both local and across California and Texas. We work on a variety of project types including workplace, education, civic, science + technology and commercial across North Texas.

You will be working with directors and principals in the studio and across the firm. We are looking to you to help us continue to develop our talented designers and engineers.

What you will do: Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPA

Assist Design Coordinators and Project Leaders in the execution of specific assignments

Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documents

Assist in research for product and construction methods related to projects

Review and process construction administration documents

Attend construction meetings and field visits to further understand detailing and coordination

What we will do: Provide mentorship from Managing Directors and Design Directors as well as other in-house disciplines on all projects

Entry-Level Architectural Designer Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field required

0-2 years of experience in all phases of architecture projects

Experience in Revit, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite preferred

Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment

Effective written and verbal communication skills

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $77,000 and is eligible for annual bonus. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and/or project complexity. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
