UX Specialist II (Remote) Primary Location: Remote V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a UX Specialist II (Remote) for our premier client. Education and Experience » University (Degree) Preferred. 8+ Years Required; 10+ Years Preferred. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Job Responsibilities: Lead a journey design team that partner with research, content strategy, data science, legal and compliance, product management and engineering teams to establish modern best practices for end-to-end experience design and delivery, such as design research, journey mapping, personas, storyboards, concept designs, prototyping and final production designs for end user experiences. Define and advocate for an ambitious design vision and follow through with a plan on how to deliver against it. See the big picture and understand how to set people up for success to drive the most impact for the organization. Communicate ideas and concepts in a clear and compelling way to audiences of all levels of understanding and seniority in an organization. Work across a diverse group of stakeholders in a range of different functions and roles to drive towards shared outcomes. Foster a maker mindset so teams can iterate and experiment collaboratively to challenge the status quo, drive new thinking, and improve processes for creating future-forward product experiences. Driven by a sense of urgency, promoting change and take smart risks in pursuit of goals defined for the organization.
