BellaVix is a marketplace management agency focused on helping established consumer brands scale on Amazon and Walmart. We seek a strong, innovative leader to take on the role of Advertising Manager, overseeing advertising strategy, execution, and client success.

This is a client-facing leadership role where success is measured by:
✅ Advertising Performance – Optimizing ACOS, ROAS, and full-funnel media strategies.
✅ Account Growth – Driving revenue growth through PPC, DSP, and retail media.
✅ Team Leadership – Managing and mentoring an advertising team.

Expectations

A successful Advertising Manager at BellaVix will:

Leadership & Team Management
  • Be the primary point of contact for advertising strategy across assigned accounts.
  • Lead a team of Advertising Specialists, ensuring execution meets world-class standards.
  • Hold team members accountable for performance, deadlines, and quality.
  • Develop and train specialists to improve advertising knowledge and execution skills.
  • Foster a high-performance, customer-centric, results-based team culture.
Advertising Strategy & Execution
  • Oversee advertising growth strategies focusing on PPC and DSP across brands.
  • Own full-funnel advertising, including search, display, and video campaigns.
  • Ensure advertising objectives align with brand goals to maximize ROI and market share.
  • Lead ad strategy innovation, continuously improving processes and testing new approaches.
  • Identify new advertising opportunities, including expanding to emerging retail media networks.
Client & Account Management
  • Serve as the lead advertising strategist, providing direct guidance to clients.
  • Ensure routine client communication, setting expectations and delivering insights.
  • Provide regular performance updates, QBRs, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Marketplace Strategists to align advertising with overall marketplace growth.
Process Development & Optimization
  • Improve internal workflows and SOPs to drive efficiency.
  • Support the sales team with audits, case studies, and advertising insights.
  • Stay ahead of Amazon and Walmart advertising trends, implementing best practices.
  • Own budget forecasting, ad spend tracking, and campaign performance reporting.
Professionalism & Work Standards
  • Dress appropriately – Business casual for client calls, relaxed for internal meetings.
  • Stay organized and manage workloads effectively, prioritizing high-impact tasks.
  • Demonstrate leadership in a remote setting, maintaining clear communication and accountability.

Responsibilities

As an Advertising Manager, you will lead a team and drive advertising excellence across Amazon and Walmart.

✅ Advertising Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop, execute, and optimize PPC and DSP advertising campaigns.
  • Establish budgeting, bid strategies, and full-funnel media planning.
  • Monitor and adjust ACOS, ROAS, and TACOS goals for brands.
  • Lead creative testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.

✅ Team Management & Training

  • Mentor and guide Advertising Specialists, ensuring their growth and performance.
  • Provide ongoing training sessions on Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and retail media.
  • Hold weekly check-ins to review account health and campaign performance.

✅ Client Strategy & Thought Leadership

  • Participate in client strategy calls and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations based on advertising data.
  • Contribute to company thought leadership through blog posts and industry insights.

✅ Operational & Process Improvements

  • Improve internal workflows for advertising execution and reporting.
  • Support business development with case studies, audits, and insights.
  • Drive process efficiencies to improve campaign scalability.
