Location: This role is hybrid, with part-time in-office work required in either our San Francisco, Austin, or Madison locations.

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Online Business team, specifically focusing on the Growth, Monetize, and Scale initiatives. This role is integral to shaping the pricing page, enhancing the in-product checkout experience at the end of the 14-day trial, and optimizing the expansion experience for our customers.
What We're Looking ForWe seek a Product Designer who thrives on solving complex challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other design disciplines, including UX Research and Content Design, to create seamless experiences that drive customer engagement and satisfaction. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental environment, ready to ship designs quickly, learn from feedback, and continuously refine your work.
What You Get to Do Every Single DayAs a Product Designer in our Online Business team, you will focus on creating user-centered designs that enhance the customer journey. Your work will directly impact the pricing strategy, the checkout flow, and the expansion features that allow customers to easily add seats or products to their subscriptions.
You will:
Own the design of key customer experiences, including the pricing page and the in-product checkout process.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team dedicated to improving the user experience for our customers on the web, trial and expansion phases.
Conduct user research to gather insights that inform your design decisions and validate your concepts.
Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate ideas into actionable designs, from initial concepts to final execution.
Create interaction models, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that prioritize usability and enhance the overall customer experience.
Iterate designs based on user feedback, ensuring the final products meet customer needs and business goals.
Embrace a rapid prototyping mindset, shipping designs quickly, learning from user interactions, and iterating to improve outcomes.
Two to four years of professional experience designing consumer and SaaS applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven ability to simplify complex problems into elegant solutions.
Experience working in a technical environment, enabling you to visualize how technical decisions impact user experience.
Proactive and self-motivated, comfortable navigating ambiguity and capable of communicating design concepts effectively at various levels of fidelity.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and incorporate feedback into your design work.
(Nice to have) Experience in rapid experimentation, demonstrating the ability to quickly iterate on designs based on user feedback and data, ensuring that solutions are continually refined and optimized for user needs.
The US annualized base salary range for this position is $125,000.00-$187,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location.
Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
