As an E-Commerce UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for our e-commerce platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including DTC E-Commerce Team, developers, and marketers, to create seamless and engaging user experiences that align with our brand and business goals.

Design:
Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and interactions. Use qualitative and quantitative data from analytics platforms such as GA4, MS Clarity, and others to inform design decisions. Ensure accessibility in design by adhering to accessibility standards and best practices. Create user flows and journey maps to guide the design process and ensure a seamless user experience. Ensure designs are mobile-friendly and optimized for various devices and screen sizes, including desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences. Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system and web style guide to ensure brand coherence and design efficiency. Create prototypes that effectively illustrate the product vision and user experience. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform and enhance design decisions. Cross-Functional Communication:
Work closely with developers, the eCommerce team, the Art Director, and other stakeholders on Web Designs and User Experience to ensure the feasibility of designs and adherence to project timelines. Document design processes, user flows, and design decisions. Create detailed specifications for handoff to development teams. Incorporate feedback from user testing and stakeholder reviews to refine and improve designs. Iterate on designs based on user insights and evolving project requirements. Analysis Of Performance Metrics:
Collaborate with the eCommerce team to analyze user data and metrics, evaluating design effectiveness and making iterative improvements based on findings. Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in the DTC eCommerce environment. Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A strong portfolio showcasing excellent design skills, an attention to detail, and a thoughtful design process. Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, ADA compliance, and user research methodologies. Familiarity with front-end development practices (HTML, CSS, etc.) is preferred.
