Analyze owned and paid media data to support the team in formulating actionable recommendations to improve customer lifetime value and company sales. Utilize customer data from email, SMS, and customer databases. Leverage existing media mix modeling and partnerships to understand the relationship between our marketing inputs and outputs. Evaluate data to drive insights into conversion rates and customer acquisition. Participate in the advancement of targeting techniques and strategies. Actively contribute to marketing discussions including test design, implementation, and analysis.
Forecasting:
Develop forecasting models to gauge growth trajectory and predict future marketing outcomes. Demonstrate expertise in modeling to help establish performance goals.
Budget/Spend Allocation:
Leverage forecasting ability to assist the marketing team in allocating marketing budget/spends wisely. Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic budget/spend adjustments.
Reporting and Visualization:
Utilize reporting tools and Excel to communicate performance updates on key metrics and channels. Collaborate with the team to understand reporting requirements. Track and report customer segment performance.
Day to Day:
Collaborate with the team exploring, discussing, and ideating on results. Provide competitive information with insight as needed. Offer ad-hoc analysis to help cross-functional teams understand product trends.
Qualifications: Proficiency in SQL & working with databases. Proficiency in CRM tools, such as Salesforce. Proficiency with Data visualization tools (ex: Tableau). Proficiency in Web analytics & working with Google Analytics.
