Base pay range $30.09/hr - $42.98/hr Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Production Designer to join their team! This position is located in San Francisco, California. Duties: Produce clean, accurate, and high-quality print files that meet brand standards Adapt existing creative concepts into various formats while maintaining a strong visual aesthetic Ensure brand consistency by following company brand guidelines, including logos, fonts, colors, and standards Prepare production-ready files for seamless vendor handoff Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines without compromising quality Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to execute creative deliverables Build and maintain print mechanicals and digital assets with precision Oversee file size management, color accuracy, and print production quality Maintain a well-organized file system that adheres to corporate naming, structure, and size requirements Review and quality-check files before final delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with brand standards Provide guidance and oversight on production design, reviewing the work of other designers to maintain consistency Identify and correct errors before final output, ensuring flawless execution Desired Skills/Experience: 5+ years experience in a fast-paced creative production environment Past history of working on environment graphics and or in-person events Proficient in Mac-based Adobe Creative Suite specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat Proficient in Figma, Google apps, and Slack Thorough understanding of the elements of good design Ability to manage deadlines and production scheduling on numerous concurrent projects Knowledge of print production and color management Ability to create animated graphics in Adobe After Effects a plus but not necessary Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Consulting, Information Technology, and Other Industries IT Services and IT Consulting
