THE ROLE You will work closely with other designers and cross-functional teams to create engaging and intuitive user interfaces. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the entire design process, from concept development to final implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience across all digital platforms.

WHAT YOU WILL DO Collaborate with UX/UI designer and product management to understand user needs and business requirements. Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. Assist in defining and maintaining design guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design. WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Bachelor's Degree in Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field. Strong portfolio showcasing projects that demonstrate your design process and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Lucid Chart, Sketch and other research tools. A basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with a passion for creating intuitive user experiences. Flexibility and adaptability to changes in project scope. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
