Company Description Role Description We are currently looking for a Design Director to manage some of our accessories. The Design Director will be responsible for creating new product lines, managing customer requests, designing fresh new patterns, and working closely with management to stay innovative and on-trend. They will collaborate with production, factories, and designers when needed. Our product line consists of both generic and licensed items (Disney, Mattel, Rebecca Minkoff & Laura Ashley) such as bottles, pacifiers, blankets, travel items, bibs, and bath towels. This is a full-time hybrid role and is located in New York City (Herald Sq.). Qualifications Design and development in baby, travel, and home accessories Experience in trend forecasting, market research & production Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Strong leadership and project management skills Ability to work in a collaborative team environment as well as with freelancers and factories Experience in the baby feeding & accessories industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Design, Fashion, or related field Seniority Level
