Job Description
Russell Tobin and Associates is seeking a Presentation Designer for one of our top transportation clients!
Location: San Francisco, CA
Pay: $65-75/hour DOE
Schedule: 8am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
Contract Duration: March - May 2025
Responsibilities
- Create presentations in various formats, varying from standard slide by slide walkthroughs to compelling stories such as our bi-weekly CEO-led all-hands meeting, board-of-directors meetings, events as well as key investor presentations.
- Take content outlines and visualize slides based on content, presentation goals and brand standards.
- Collaborate with senior management to build on-brand new business materials, including Google Slides, Apple Keynote, Microsoft PowerPoint templates, concept mock-ups, coverage mock-ups, charts and infographics, print materials, reports, and white papers.
- Work cross-functionally with non-designers to co-create a plan for executing quality presentations.
- Provide thought-leadership on the latest presentation trends and capabilities, including AI software and implementation.
- Ensure design output adheres to all best practices and style guidelines, and always work towards 100% accuracy.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a communications designer.
- Expert-level knowledge in Google Slides, Apple Keynote, Microsoft PowerPoint, and the Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Have a keen eye for breaking down complex information into beautiful and simplified content to better engage our audience.
- Outstanding attention to detail and expertise in typography, color, and layout.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated experience communicating and partnering with business leaders and speakers to streamline processes and ensure smooth execution.
- A portfolio full of great work showing high-quality presentation work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of After Effects, Figma, and motion design.
- A desire to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a broad in-house team.
