$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr
Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Lakewood, CO that is seeking a Content Management Administrator for a year long contract. This role will be hybrid, with two to three days onsite. Overview: This candidate will facilitate organizational compliance with local, State Digital Accessibility legislation and other related legislation passed to clarify the initial law. This organization has drafted a program plan and is seeking assistance with outlining the key activities, milestones and timelines and responsibilities to achieve and maintain compliance with the legislation. This work involves providing cross-divisional support and collaboration for teams across the organization, including Technology and Innovation, Communication and Engagement, Public Services and Training.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead a host of projects and be responsible for task execution within the broad field of knowledge management.
- Interact with stakeholders across the business.
- Lead the organizational compliance given the new Digital Accessibility legislation passed.
- Outline key activities, milestones, and timelines to achieve compliance with the legislation.
Requirements
- BA or BS degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
- Experience writing requirements for content projects and tools.
- Proficiency with popular content management systems, and social media management experience.
- Background in standing up a successful Digital Accessibility Program: conducting accessibility assessment, creating, and facilitating remediation planning and tracking, digital accessibility training, technology implementation and planning, governance, recommendations for on-going monitoring and support.
- Knowledge of managing content and users in a CMS, and an understanding of how an organization manages content.
- Adept at keyword placement and SEO best practices.
- Ability to collaborate, build consensus, organize ideas, communicate to stakeholders, and deliver projects in a transparent and harmonious manner.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
