Dance Studio Assistant & Instructor (Part-Time)

Dance Dynamics, a well-established dance studio in Hebron, CT, is seeking a dedicated and organized Studio Assistant & Dance Instructor to join our team! This part-time role (approx. 14 hrs/week) combines teaching and administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Teaching (Approx. 9 hrs/week)

• Instruct dance classes for various ages and levels.
• Plan and execute engaging lesson plans.
• Foster a fun, supportive, and structured learning environment.

Studio Assistant / Administrative Tasks (Approx. 5 hrs/week)

• Communicate with families and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with scheduling and organization of studio operations.
• Support recital/event planning and studio coordination.

Qualifications:

• Experience teaching dance to children and/or adults.
• Strong organizational & communication skills.
• Passion for dance and a team-oriented attitude.
• Basic proficiency in email, spreadsheets, and scheduling software.

Location: Hebron, CT

Part-time (approx. 14 hrs/week, evenings & weekends as needed)
