Overview

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer for digital software products.
• Deep experience with end-to-journey mapping, facilitating sessions like Design Sprints, conducting competitive analysis, and leading rapid concepting and prototyping.
• Mobile-first UX design experience and maintaining feature parity across web and mobile.
• Excellent visual and interaction design skills and a keen understanding of trends in the marketplace.
• Degree in HCI, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or similar and at least 5+ years of experience in digital product/software design.
• Ability to produce great work in short timeframes, multitask across different projects and platforms, and adapt to changing business priorities.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• HR technology domain knowledge.
