Growth Marketing Manager
Role Overview:
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to fuel our growth and engagement. You'll leverage multi-channel campaigns, shape our brand identity, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that we remain a leader in generative imagery and video solutions for social marketers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Multi-Channel Campaigns: Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, cold outreach, webinars, events, and content marketing, to drive engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Shape Brand Identity: Define and refine our brand voice to effectively resonate with social marketers, ensuring consistency in messaging across all communication channels and marketing materials.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers to launch and iterate on marketing initiatives that align with the product's growth, user acquisition, and business goals.
- Optimize and Scale Marketing Strategies: Analyze campaign performance data, experiment with new tactics, and continuously refine strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Contribute to Strategic Growth: Play a critical role in shaping the company's go-to-market strategy, advocating for best practices, and being an industry leader in generative imagery and video for social media.
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of Experience: Proven success in driving traffic, lead generation, and conversions, with a minimum of five years of professional experience (graduated in 2019 or earlier).
- Martech Startup Expertise: Experience in scaling marketing functions from the ground up at a martech startup. Experience in the social media space is a significant bonus.
- Technical Marketing Skills: Comfortable working with engineering teams to develop custom marketing solutions that enhance lead generation and marketing automation.
- Customer-Driven Messaging: Ability to translate feedback from sales and customer success teams into compelling brand messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
- Social Media Marketing Proficiency: Expertise in running both organic and paid social campaigns, optimizing for engagement, conversions, and measurable results.
- Proactive & Impact-Driven: A self-motivated and solution-oriented marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of projects, and consistently drives initiatives from concept to execution.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,754.00 - $137,823.00 per year
