Marketing Director Job at Robert Half in Middlesex County

Multi-practice Healthcare company in Middlesex County looking for a Marketing Director/VP of Marketing.

Industry: Healthcare

Location: Middlesex Couty – ideally 3 days onsite

Salary: 145-170k + 15-20% bonus

Must Haves:

• 8-15+ years of experience
• Leadership but also current hands on experience
• Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, and content marketing efforts on multiple platforms and websites)
• Marketing Strategy
• Healthcare experience would be ideal, also professional services or start-up, etc.
• Building strategy to grow, referral marketing, referral engagement and patient growth
• Managing Marketing budget, drive strategies that align with financial targets.
• Analytics, data and performance metrics, develop KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to measure and improve performance across multiple brands/locations.

Preferred:

• Confident building out a department
• Mergers experience, building and managing multiple brands, branding/rebranding

Software: CRM & Automation (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.) Analytics
