Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end implementation of
Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects. Configure and integrate Marketing Cloud Connect with Salesforce CRM for seamless data synchronization. Set up and execute IP warming strategies to ensure optimal email deliverability. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for performance improvements and alignment with best practices. Troubleshoot issues related to system configuration, campaigns, and deliverability. Develop complex solutions using AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, and dynamic content for personalized marketing campaigns Create and manage Data Extensions, queries, and automations using SQL in Automation Studio. Build and manage Cloud Pages, landing pages, and microsites for lead generation and campaign tracking. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable marketing strategies. Provide technical guidance and training to teams for efficient use of Marketing Cloud capabilities. Integration, Reports and Dashboards: Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external platforms and websites via APIs for data exchange. Work with REST and SOAP APIs to enhance system connectivity and functionality. Cross-Channel Campaign Management: Design and execute email, SMS, and social media campaigns using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Social Studio. Utilize Journey Builder for customer journey orchestration and automation. Develop and implement custom reports and dashboards in Analytics Builder for campaign performance analysis. Ensure data quality, compliance, and synchronization across platforms
