This role is for someone with deep activation, data-driven strategy, & strong execution focus. - What You’ll Do: Plan & execute paid media campaigns (heavy on conversion, less awareness) In-platform mgmt of Meta & Google Ads —no exceptions (other platforms a plus) Hands-on execution —campaign setup, opt., & perf. monitoring ("elbows in") Tagging & tracking setup to ensure accurate measurement Analyze & report KPIs w/ actionable insights Create & present media plans to client Collab w/ TV buyers, planners, & analytics teams Conduct comp. analyses & recommend optimizations Responsibilities
- What We’re Looking For: MUST HAVE: In-platform execution w/ Meta & Google Ads —no exceptions MUST KNOW: How to place tracking tags & measure campaign perf. Deep activation exp w/ a focus on conversion-driven media Strong data skills —can analyze perf. & report actionable insights Familiarity w/ analytics tools (GA, Looker, Adobe) Pay range and compensation package
