Support the design team
from
concept to completion . Create design documents
(2D, 3D, and hand sketches). Develop technical drawings
across
DD, CD sets, and scheduling . Liaise with vendors and fabricators
for bespoke furniture, lighting, and joinery. FF&E specification and procurement , staying ahead of trends. What You’ll Need
5+ years’ experience
in high-end residential interior design. Degree in Interior Design or related field . Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Adobe Suite . Strong 2D & 3D design skills
with rendering experience. FF&E specification and procurement expertise . What You’ll Get
Salary : Up to $90,000. 401K & Discretionary Bonuses . Healthcare : Standard plan included. Vacation : 19 days to start, plus
