This person should have experience in managing and implementing content strategies across various social media platforms at both corporate and individual levels. Proficiency in both business and faith-based language is essential to engage diverse audiences effectively. The candidate must be goal-oriented, capable of monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, engagement data, and identifying trends in customer interactions. This role requires working cross-functionally with multiple internal teams and having a strong content-focused mindset. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are crucial for success in this position. This will be a remote position that offers a salary of $70,000 to $90,000 based on years of experience. Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of experience in Social Media Management
Proficient in utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
Experience working for corporate and individual social media platforms.
Skilled in using Social Media aggregator tools
Proficient in analyzing performance metric data across all platforms.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working in churches or faith-based organizations.
Marketing experience
