This company is looking for a Senior Experience Designer who can work hybrid in Boston. They are a major life insurance and financial services firm with roots in the area. From life insurance to investing, planning, and more, this company has been serving the community for generations. This is a contract position (6 month duration with potential for conversion to full time).
You will be joining a collaborative team of designers that sits within a larger product group. There's a heavy focus on human-centered design and incorporating user research into improving the usability of these products. They are looking for a designer with experience in the financial services world, who can help revamp their landing pages and life insurance customer store front. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's Degree in design related field Experience working on website experience design Deep proficiency with Figma 5+ YOE in Experience Design Financial services and/or healthcare experience Desired Skills & Experience
Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction/Human Factors Design Proficiency coding in HTML, CSS, or Javascript Understanding of business analytics/strategy What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities
Designing new digital experiences Prototyping workflows from beginning to end Improving navigation, site architecture, and overall content organization Designing landing pages and customer store fronts Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
