Are you passionate about engaging with your community? Do you have experience working in film and video editing? Do you love crafting creative content for social media spaces? If so, you might be a great fit for our team. We're looking for a social media content creator to join our team and bring our brand to life through engaging digital content.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Video Production

  • Film, edit, and produce high-quality video content for social media, including interviews and promotional materials
  • Contribute creative ideas and storytelling formats to create engaging content for our audience

Social Media Management & Engagement

  • Post, monitor, and manage content across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community discussions
  • Track and analyze content performance to optimize future posts
  • Stay up to date on social media trends and incorporate them into content strategy

Interviewing

  • Conduct engaging on-camera interviews with people in various settings
  • Develop questions and conversation topics that align with our brand’s messaging
  • Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for interview participants

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in video production, editing, and social media content creation (portfolio, channel or samples required)
  • Strong skills in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)
  • Experience managing social media platforms and creating content that drives engagement
  • Comfortable conducting interviews and speaking on camera (provided you have some background with this, we do offer training for further skill development)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team to meet content deadlines
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics tools
  • Currently pursuing or has received a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is preferred but not required
