The Position
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to develop visually compelling, on-brand, digital content across multiple platforms. As a key member of the creative team, you will be responsible for end-to-end creative projects from concept to execution to deliver high-impact projects that align with our brand identity and business objectives. You will collaborate directly with the marketing teams to develop creative assets that elevate our brand and support business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interpret creative briefs and independently develop high-quality digital assets that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives, ensuring clarity, creativity, and strategic impact.
- Design and create high-quality graphics for digital media, including marketing materials, social media, websites, presentations, and advertisements.
- Develop and maintain brand identity across all visual touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce compelling visuals for campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing team to produce graphic content for weekly campaigns and targeted campaign assets to drive demand.
- Create engaging and on-brand graphics for social media, email campaigns, trade shows, and web content.
- Execute projects end-to-end including conception, design, and production for brochures, catalogs, and other promotional assets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies specifically AI tools to optimize work.
- Develop creative art to best display product and decoration capability of merchandise for samples and tradeshows as needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- High degree of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience designing for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to present creative concepts aligning with the marketing brief.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs efficiently.
- Knowledge of email design best practices.
- Catalog experience is a plus.
- Multimedia experience such as dynamic graphics and gifs are a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Computer skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint.
