Young Living is seeking a proactive and innovative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic Digital Optimization and Innovation team. Summary

As our new UX/UI Designer, you'll be at the forefront of transforming Young Living's digital landscape. This isn't just a redesign – it's a full remodel of our online presence. You'll have the creative freedom to craft innovative experiences that will be seen by over 1 million monthly visitors, all while building an impressive portfolio of work.

Essential Functions:

  1. Revolutionize Our Website: Develop and implement the UX/UI of Young Living's new website and digital platforms, bringing your strong UI skills to the forefront.
  2. Drive Data-Informed Design: Dive deep into A/B testing initiatives, working closely with our Director of Web Analytics and Testing to prove out experiences with data.
  3. Build a Design System: Be a key contributor in developing a new, comprehensive design system for Young Living.
  4. Shape Product Launches: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design visionary experiences for new product launches and promotions.
  5. Enhance Consumer Experience: Play a crucial role in creating more user-friendly digital interactions.
  6. Influence Content Strategy: Drive content strategy through your innovative experiential design.
  7. Proactive Creation: Take initiative to generate new ideas and designs, even without explicit direction.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Figma Mastery: Strong proficiency in Figma is essential for this role.
  2. UX/UI Expertise: Demonstrate your ability to create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces.
  3. Data-Driven Mindset: Passion for using analytics to inform design decisions.
  4. Collaborative Spirit: Work effectively with a diverse team of digital product professionals, content managers, and marketers.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio of work.
  3. Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.

Required Education & Experience:

  1. A combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the job.
  2. UX/UI bootcamp or certification with relevant work experience may be considered.
