TECHSTAFF of AZ is hiring: 3D Rendering and Video Developer in Phoenix

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated 3D Rendering/Video Developer to create immersive and interactive visualizations of architectural and urban design projects. The ideal candidate will have expert-level experience in Unreal Engine, a strong grasp of 3D graphics development, and the ability to integrate video, interactive content, and immersive environments into the design process. Passionate about storytelling through visuals, you will bring designs to life, from mixed-use developments to streetscapes, by creating VR-inspired 3D visuals, walkthrough videos, and more.

This is a contract role. Sponsorship is not available for this role. US Citizen or Green Card only.

Essential Functions:

• Develop 3D Renderings and Video Content: Create high-quality 3D renderings, interactive content, and video sequences for architectural and urban design projects, including mixed-use developments, streetscapes, landscape designs, and code analysis.
• Expert 3D Visualization: Apply your passion for art and design to develop high-end 3D visualizations, 3D rendering, and 3D walkthrough animations that make storytelling real. Your creations will transform abstract concepts into immersive visual experiences.
• Software Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Unreal Engine, C++, and Blender. Proficiency in SketchUp, and expertise with ArcGIS, AutoCAD, Resolume & AR/VR Platforms a plus.
• Content Integration: Experience in integrating video and interactive content into immersive environments, creating dynamic, engaging visual experiences inspired by art and design.
• Collaboration: Ability to work independently while effectively listening to project requirements, contributing ideas, and developing creative, practical solutions. Will collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team of architects, planners, and designers, as needed.
• Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and update existing experiences, ensuring smooth functionality and technical performance across platforms.
• End-to-End Project Development: Capable of developing new immersive experiences from start to finish, including conceptualization, modeling, rendering, and refinement.
