Job Description Summary

On the Production Design team, supporting brokers across various markets with project management and coordination of marketing deliverables.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide marketing support to local brokerage professionals marketing efforts as it pertains to new businesspursuitsandpromotionofpropertylistingsforleaseandsale,withinapplicabletierthresholds

Collaborate in the creation and editing of templatized marketing materials – examples include presentations,proposals,propertymarketingdeliverables–primarilyworkinginAdobeCreativeSuiteand Microsoft PowerPoint

Assistwithdraftingproposalresponsesandpitchmaterialstoincludetoincludetext,chartsandgraphics

Understand the principles and elements of Cushman & Wakefield’s brand standards and template structuretobotheffectively utilizeandassistinsupporting,andtrainasneeded,otherbrokersupport staff in the highest and best use

Serve as representative of Production Design, ensuring partners and teams are aware of existing and newtools,materialsandbestpractices,andareawareofanymarketing-relatedannouncementsthatmay impact the way they serve our customers

Understand the principles and elements of Cushman & Wakefield’s brand standards and template structure to effectively support Brokers in development of Marketing materials

Build and manage relationships with Brokers, Broker Admins, other Cushman & Wakefield support functions

Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on tools and delivery expectations to more junior staff

Collaborate and align weekly with Production Design peers to share best practices, proactively resolve issues, and identify ways to continuously improve the broker experience

Identify gaps in Production Design processes (both operational and systematic) and provide recommendations for improvements

Contribute to Production Design knowledge management and maintenance of standard operating procedure, best practice, and policy documentation

Based on a request from a Broker, autonomously create marketing deliverables

Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on tools and delivery expectations to more junior staff

Provide solutions to routine/complex problems

Qualifications:

Requires3-7yearsofrelevantexperience, CRE industry highly preferred

CollegedegreeinMarketing,Communications,GraphicDesignorBusinesspreferred

Proficient in AdobeCreativeSuite - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint

Exceptional written and oral communication skills

Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Must have the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
