Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Media Buyer Meta Ads with deep expertise in managing and scaling Mass Tort lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing $1M+ monthly ad spend, understands the nuances of legal marketing compliance, and excels in optimizing Meta's advertising platform to drive high-quality conversions at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mass Tort Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and scale large-budget Mass Tort campaigns on Meta.
- Budget & Spend Optimization: Manage and optimize monthly ad budgets exceeding $1M+, ensuring maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Data-Driven Performance Analysis: Leverage data insights to refine targeting, bidding, and creative strategies to drive qualified Mass Tort leads.
- Creative Development & Testing: Work closely with designers and copywriters to develop and test high-performing Mass Tort-specific creatives.
- Advanced Audience Targeting: Utilize first-party data, lookalike modeling, and behavioral targeting to enhance lead quality.
- Conversion Optimization: Implement strategies to optimize Meta's algorithm for legal intake conversions, focusing on lowering CPA and increasing ROI.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all campaigns align with Mass Tort advertising regulations, Metas policies, and industry best practices.
- A/B Testing & Scaling: Continuously test bid strategies, ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to maximize performance.
- Attribution & Tracking: Set up and optimize Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and third-party tracking solutions to ensure accurate lead attribution.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience managing high-budget Meta ad campaigns with a Mass Tort focus.
- Proven track record of managing $1M+ monthly ad spend and driving scalable, profitable campaigns.
- Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
- Deep understanding of legal lead generation, intake processes, and Mass Tort audience segmentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and make data-driven optimizations.
- Experience working with legal intake teams to ensure marketing-generated leads are converting into signed retainers.
- Ability to collaborate with design, compliance, and development teams to create high-performing ads and landing pages.
- Experience with third-party tracking solutions and API integrations to improve campaign tracking and attribution.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience running campaigns for other legal verticals, including personal injury, SSDI, workers' comp, and class action lawsuits.
- Background in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or direct-response advertising.
- Experience with other paid social platforms like TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube Ads for legal campaigns.
