Position Overview

Are you an organized self-starter with a passion for digital marketing? Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Coordinator to join their innovative digital public affairs team. In this role, you'll build strong digital presences for concurrent email marketing, social media, and website projects. Working alongside a collaborative and driven team, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where every action has a tangible and meaningful impact on the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project management of digital content by working cross-functionally to solicit, manage, produce and traffic approvals for web, email, and social media content
  • Utilize project management tools including Monday.com and Microsoft Teams to ensure organization, create content calendars, and provide timely delivery of quality digital creative
  • Manage social media for a portfolio of projects using Sprinklr for publishing, tracking, categorizing, and responding to comments
  • Produce and deliver regular KPI reports tracking metrics including number of social media posts per project
  • Write email marketing, social media, and website copy from existing and approved content
  • Coordinate production and execution of email marketing, social media, and website initiatives
  • Function effectively within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
Required Qualifications
  • At least one year of relevant experience. Holds a bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • Agency and political or public affairs experience preferred. Organized individual who is a driven self-starter.
  • Possesses a resourceful, innovative, and enthusiastic attitude towards digitalmedia. Committed to positively influencing online conversations.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Demonstrated organization, focus, and attention to detail. Familiarity with AP style writing preferred.
