Job Summary The Omnichannel Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing comprehensive marketing plans aimed at achieving key business goals and opportunities. You will work within a centralized campaign team, collaborating with key departments, including Merchandising, Digital Marketing, and Creative teams. This position reports directly to the Manager of Integrated Marketing and supports various product categories and business growth areas. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities Demonstrate a strong understanding of business dynamics to inform strategic planning. Collaborate with the Manager to set marketing goals using various techniques based on past performance and consumer insights. Develop marketing strategies that drive incremental revenue growth by defining target audiences and prioritizing budgets. Ensure alignment of marketing goals, strategic plans, and tactical executions across all business and cross-functional partners. Construct measurement plans for each campaign, optimizing efforts and conducting performance analysis. Oversee tactical execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams, identifying optimal channel mixes. Write creative briefs and facilitate the traffic of all assets to successfully launch campaigns. Act as a strategic partner to define the growth roadmap for assigned promotions or products. Allocate your time approximately 25% to strategic development and 75% to tactical execution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in managing B2C omnichannel marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills and ability to understand key marketing performance metrics. Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively with partners. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring both strategic thinking and execution. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Retail or CPG experience is preferred but not required. This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center located at Marlborough, MA, while Monday and Friday are remote workdays. In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the compensation range for this position starts from $60,500. Actual salaries may vary based on location, education, experience, and qualifications.
