Job Title: Marketing Director/Project Manager

Location: Burlington Township and Bordentown Township

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director/Project Manager to lead our marketing team and drive the execution of our marketing strategy. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our marketing operations while managing key projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Leadership:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure campaigns are delivering desired results and return on investment (ROI).

Project Management:

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and sales teams, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with marketing objectives and client needs.
  • Prepare and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and resource allocation is optimized.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or success.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with senior management to define marketing priorities and business objectives.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between marketing and other departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing strategies.
  • Present marketing strategies, results, and project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Budgeting & Resource Management:

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending and efficient resource allocation.
  • Evaluate and select external vendors, contractors, and agencies for specialized marketing services as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or project management role.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale marketing projects, campaigns, and teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and project management software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Asana, Trello, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
  • Experience in [industry or sector specific to your company, e.g., healthcare, tech, e-commerce].
