Must Haves:

• 5+ years of experience in Communications/Marketing content creator role
• Experience and comfort working within the Biotech/Pharma field
• Experience working with business users or projects teams to gather project details and then utilizing that documentation to create the appropriate message design out to the internal field
• Proven experience creating executive PowerPoints for presentations
• Experience creating newsletters and internal company social campaigns through platforms like Yammer or other social channels
• Experience working closely with a PM to understand project updates Proficient with MS Office tools, SharePoint, or high quality visual software Ability to convert Data flow information into layman's terms via PowerPoint presentations
• Excellent written communication skills

Job Description:

Our client, a large BioPharma company in the U.S., is looking for a Hybrid (to the NC area) Communications/Marketing content creator with experience in the Biotech/Pharma field to join their Organization Change management and operations team. You will be working very closely with the Director, PM and a BA on a project that is focusing on creating content (SharePoint, PowerPoint and communications) related to operational changes at the site. You will join meetings to understand direct and will then take that to create detailed, meaningful content for the director to present to the c-level management, internal newsletters, social campaigns, SharePoint updates and potentially some web design message content.
