Acai Travel Inc. is a fast-growing, seed-stage startup with $4.5M in funding, with offices in New York, Barcelona, and Pune. Our AI technology is powering major OTAs and TMCs around the world. We are looking for a Head of Marketing to own and build the entire marketing function, focusing on branding, demand generation, thought leadership, and sales enablement to support high-touch, enterprise B2B sales. This is a high-impact leadership role in a rapidly scaling AI startup. What You’ll Do

A full-stack marketing leadership role that prioritizes brand positioning, enterprise demand generation, thought leadership, and high-touch sales enablement. 1. Marketing Leadership & Strategy Own and execute a holistic marketing strategy that aligns with enterprise sales cycles and revenue goals.

Define and refine Acai Travel’s brand narrative, messaging, and positioning to establish dominance in AI automation for travel.

Focus on high-touch marketing efforts that drive engagement with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and operations leaders.

Oversee multi-channel enterprise marketing efforts, including events, executive networking, thought leadership, and sales enablement.

Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure marketing efforts support complex B2B sales cycles.

Hire, mentor, and scale the marketing team as the company grows.

2. Enterprise Demand Generation & Revenue Marketing Develop and execute high-impact demand generation programs designed to accelerate enterprise lead acquisition and pipeline velocity.

Focus on direct sales support marketing, including ABM (Account-Based Marketing), strategic partnerships, and executive engagement.

Drive C-level engagement campaigns, including VIP events, executive roundtables, and curated thought leadership pieces.

Oversee targeted paid media, outbound marketing support, and industry sponsorships to drive pipeline growth.

Develop multi-touch demand generation playbooks that support long enterprise sales cycles.

Own pipeline analytics, lead nurturing, and marketing attribution to measure success.

3. Product Marketing & Sales Enablement Define go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, feature expansions, and market positioning.

Develop persona-based messaging frameworks tailored for C-level executives, IT teams, and operations leaders in travel.

Create high-quality sales enablement materials, including enterprise pitch decks, case studies, competitive battle cards, and objection-handling guides.

Work closely with sales to optimize outbound email sequences, messaging frameworks, and personalized outreach content.

Develop customer win stories and testimonials that drive credibility in enterprise sales conversations.

4. Thought Leadership & Brand Awareness Establish Acai Travel as the AI leader in travel automation through PR, media, and strategic industry positioning.

Curate and lead executive roundtables, VIP industry events, and keynote presentations that position Acai Travel at the center of the AI + Travel conversation.

Develop co-branded research reports, whitepapers, and industry insights that reinforce market leadership.

Secure key media placements, strategic sponsorships, and speaking engagements to increase brand visibility with enterprise decision-makers.

Represent Acai Travel at high-profile travel, AI, and automation conferences.

Build strategic industry partnerships to expand brand reach and credibility.

5. Data-Driven Marketing & Performance Optimization Define key marketing KPIs (pipeline contribution, C-level engagement, sales cycle acceleration).

Conduct win/loss analysis, buyer journey mapping, and competitive intelligence research to improve marketing effectiveness.

Use AI-driven marketing tools to extract insights from customer conversations and optimize messaging.

Align marketing investments with high-ROI enterprise touchpoints, rather than traditional inbound SEO or low-intent lead generation.

Continuously test and refine ABM strategies, messaging, and content frameworks based on sales data and market feedback.

What We’re Looking For

A

strategic, hands-on marketing leader

with deep experience in

enterprise B2B SaaS marketing, sales enablement, and executive engagement. A tech savvy entrepreneurial do-er superstar, not shy to get hands very dirty

6+ years in B2B SaaS marketing , with at least

3+ years in a leadership role.

Proven experience in

demand generation for long enterprise sales cycles.

Strong background in

ABM, high-touch executive engagement, and industry event-driven marketing.

Experience

positioning complex AI-powered SaaS products

for

enterprise markets.

Track record of building

sales-aligned marketing strategies

that accelerate

C-level deal flow.

Exceptional storytelling, brand-building, and executive communication skills.

Hands-on experience with

CRM (HubSpot), AI-driven sales enablement tools, and enterprise marketing platforms.

Highly

data-driven , comfortable with

account-level marketing performance metrics.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience launching

AI-powered SaaS products

in

travel, hospitality, or contact center automation.

A strong

network in the travel tech space

(PR, media, industry partnerships).

Experience working in

venture-backed startups and scaling from Seed to Series A+.

Background in

ABM, strategic partnerships, and enterprise event marketing.
