New York, US On site Job Description: As a Junior Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of direct marketing campaigns that resonate with our clients' target audiences. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies, create compelling content, and analyse campaign performance to drive growth and engagement. Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, development, and execution of direct marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and events. Support the creation of engaging content, promotional materials, and marketing collateral. Conduct market research to identify new trends, target audiences, and competitive insights. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and campaign visuals. Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, generating reports and insights for optimisation. Assist in maintaining marketing databases and updating customer contact lists. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and organising campaign logistics. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for marketing initiatives. Requirements:

A genuine interest in marketing and a desire to grow within the field of direct marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and Google Analytics is a plus. Previous internship or experience in marketing is advantageous but not required. Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
