We are seeking a passionate and experienced Organic & Social Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Organic & Social Ads Specialist with a strong background in organic social media management and paid ads, specifically in the eCommerce sector. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role, showcasing a proven track record of social media growth, engagement, and successful ad campaigns focused on maximizing ROAS.

This is a remote position, and we highly value creativity, strategic thinking, and adaptability in a fast-paced digital environment. Preference will be given to candidates based in Colorado, but we welcome applicants from all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Organic Social Media Management & Growth

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content to drive organic growth and user engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and foster a strong online community.
  • Analyze organic performance metrics and provide insightful reports to optimize strategies.

Social Media Creative & Posting

  • Design visually appealing graphics using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or AI tools.
  • Edit and enhance photos to maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithms.
  • Create and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) with a focus on eCommerce and ROAS optimization.
  • Conduct ongoing ad optimization, A/B testing, and budget adjustments.
  • Generate detailed performance reports to evaluate campaign success and provide actionable insights.

AI Integration & Trend Awareness

  • Experiment with emerging AI tools and platforms for social media content creation and optimization.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and proactively integrate innovative solutions.

Account Management & Strategic Planning

  • Client Communication: Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss strategies, review performance reports, and align on campaign objectives.
  • Strategic Scheduling: Plan and schedule social media strategies and tasks in advance, ensuring all activities are aligned with client goals.
  • Organization & Accountability: Maintain organized records of campaign plans, timelines, and results. Keep track of deliverables, deadlines, and client feedback.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Consistently track campaign performance, provide clients with comprehensive reports, and suggest strategic adjustments based on results.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 Years Experience in an Organic and Social Ads role.
  • Proven success with social media growth, engagement, and ad campaign performance.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous work (feeds, graphic designs, photos, successful campaigns, etc.).
  • Experience with Meta Paid Ads Creation & Management, specifically for eCommerce and ROAS.
  • Proficiency in some type of photo editing (Photoshop, Canva, AI tools).

Preferred but Not Required Skills:

  • Photoshop & Advanced Photo Editing Tools
  • MidJourney or other AI tools (Kling, Runway, Luma, Pika, Firefly)
  • Canva for graphic design and content creation
  • Slack, Trello for communication and project management
  • Google Ads for cross-platform campaign management
  • Video Creation and Editing for social media content
  • Tracking Implementation (Pixels, UTM Parameters)
  • Influencer Prospecting and Management
